• Student Profile: Student first name, age group, current Quranic proficiency level, and chosen course.
• Academic Records: Attendance logs, lessons completed, teacher notes, and monthly evaluation reports.
• Payment Information: Handled securely by certified third-party payment processors. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.

3. Protection of Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Because we teach minors, we implement strict child-safeguarding measures. We require parental or guardian consent before enrolling any student under 18 years of age. Personal communications between instructors and minors outside parent-managed coordination channels are strictly prohibited.

4. Video & Audio Lessons Security

Live lessons are conducted in password-protected, encrypted 1-on-1 virtual classrooms. Sessions are strictly private, never publicly broadcast, sold, or distributed.

5. No Sale of Personal Data

We never sell, rent, lease, or commercialize your personal data or your children's information to any third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing firms under any circumstances.

6. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We retain academic progress notes and contact details only as long as an active enrollment continues or as required by legitimate educational record-keeping needs. Parents and adult students maintain the unconditional right to request permanent deletion of their account records, contact numbers, and past lesson logs at any time.

7. Cookies & Technical Session Security

Our website uses only essential session cookies required for website navigation, form submission security, and user experience. We do not employ third-party behavioral tracking cookies, cross-site profiling scripts, or invasive data brokers. All web traffic is strictly encrypted over TLS/HTTPS protocols.
